MENUMETERS NOT WORKING INSTALLMy work-around for my 15' MacBook was to install the MenuMeters fork that comes in. The really weird thing is that on my other MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, no touch bar), I updated to Catalina and 1.9.8 works just fine, no freezing the System Preferences and launching at startup properly. I had 1.9.7 running fine with Mojave, then I updated to Catalina, installed 1.9.8 and MenuMeters was not running at startup and freezing the System Preferences window when I clicked on it.
